We will try to answer a few common questions here for you:

Q) My youth is growing way too fast; How can I afford to keep him in Riding Boots?

A) Our program is best suited to cater to the parents of growing children. Most parents "want" to outfit their child in the proper riding gear, but get frustrated at the thought of buying "another" pair of boots possibly even before the end of the riding season. This often leads to parents buying boots that are too large, or WORSE YET, not getting boots for their youth at all! Improperly fitted safety gear is NOT safe, and One trip to the E.R. can COST You far more than a new pair of Riding Boots!

Q) I'm just getting into riding; can I Exchange my boots later on?

A) As off-road enthusiasts, we appreciate wanting to get all the proper Safety Gear. We understand that you don't want to spend the entire budget on your first pair of boots. For those feet that have already grown we offer the option to Upgrade your boots to a newer pair with extra features when you are ready.  

Q) What will my next pair of boots cost me?

A) That, of course depends on which pair of boots you choose to take home with you. The final cost to EXCHANGE your boots will depend largely on the "Trade-In" value of your old boots. The cleanliness & condition your boots is critical to the "Resale" value . So logically, a pair of boots that look like they've been well-maintained will net more "Trade-In" value than a pair that is completely worn out. Many parts (i.e. Buckles, soles, etc.) can be repaired or replaced for a small price. Repair parts can be purchased through the QUAD DOCTOR to help maintain your boots. Sometimes it's just time to throw out the old & bring in the new. Even if your old pair of boots will be going straight to the "Round File"; as a valued customer of the QUAD DOCTOR, we will always give you a trade-in value on "Qualifying" boots

Q) Do you have any "Old" boots that I can buy for less?

A) The basic laws of Supply & Demand apply. If we have a boot available in your size, we will certainly oblige your request. Often, discounted merchandise moves fast so it's First Come, First Serve when it comes to "Trade-In" boots. 

Q) Can I EXCHANGE any old pair of boots that I may have lying around?

A1) To "QUALIFY" for the Riding Boot EXCHANGE program the boots must have been initially purchased through the QUAD DOCTOR. The Purchaser is responsible to retain the Original Receipt & the Boot Box for EXCHANGE at a later date.

A2) Old boots which were not purchased through the QUAD DOCTOR, but are in "like-new" condition, may qualify for the Boot EXCHANGE on Consignment. An In-Store credit will be issued at the QUAD DOCTOR when your old boots have sold.

Q) Can the QUAD DOCTOR ship my new boots to me?

A) Yes, for a small shipping fee we will ship most items Direct to You.
